Blisters on my butt

Not much news to tell. What a long days last week. The walls came at me and I can tell you there is nothing interesting on TV during the day. The first days I could not do much at all and I was sitting on my bump eating pain killers. After that I did a bit of walking, just to get out of the house.

Finally Spring here in the Netherlands and I am stucked to the house. It sucked even more as we had a trainingcamp with the team in Limburg. All of us in two houses and a some quality training in the hills of Limburg.

It was a long and boring week and I experienced to feel bored .  Enough things I could do (among others packing for the movement) but with a broke rib you can and are also not allowed to do much. It has to heal well and is also very painful. I definitely needed pain killers.

Fortunately it is going a bit better. I went a bit to work again and on Monday I did a little spin on the wind trainer. You can definitely not label it as a training. The legs were spinning for a few minutes and that was it. In between I still have to rest also. It will take at least 3-6 weeks so have to be very careful.

Furthemore I sat on my city bike and on Wednesday afternoon I bike a little loop on my road bike. Very very easy and chatting with Chantal Beltman we did a nice loop. And finally I was able to enjoy the beautiful weather a little.  Although I have the feeling it is a bit more irritated.

This weekend we have our team presentation on Saturday and on Sunday the Dolmans Heuvelland Classic.  I will be there but unfortunately I will not race. That will definitely take more time.
